Ironing

I did not use the traditional tumbling block pattern because it had so many short seams. I'm a big fan of things I can sew quickly. One third of the rhombi were made out of two triangles so that I could sew strips of alternating rhombi and triangles that could later be sewn together to form the final pattern.
