An LED wine charm. Simple but effective. No, it doesn't blink. You could certainly put a tiny lithium battery on the back side of the stem if you wanted it to light up, but it might start to get in the way of using it as a wine glass. =( This is part of a DIY "solder your own wine charms" project; read more about it here.
