Cars at the holiday parade

My kiddo wanted to know what the cylinder on the passenger side was. The owner explained that with dry ice in there, it worked great for air conditioning. I think the kiddo was impressed. He likes dry ice. At the Lakewood Neighborhood holiday parade, all the neighbors brought out their toys. And not just for the toy drive. Some of these vehicles do really silly things.
